DE-LUXY Acrylic Emulsion

Fast drying water-base paint, suitable for a wide variety of surfaces.

Advantages

Available in a wide range of colours. Gives an exceptionally smooth and stylish matt finish, making it an ideal choice for interior and exterior decoration.

Composition

Produced from special extenders, pigments, and styrene acrylic binders.

Technical Properties:

• Appearance:  Wide range of colours.
• Coverage: Depending on the surface of application.
• Dilution: Dilution with water up to 50% depending on the type of application.
• Application: Applied with a brush, roller or spray gun.
• Drying Time: 30 minutes. Apply second coat in 2 hours if needed.

DE-LUXY Oil Paint

Oil based enamel paint, Suitable for indoor and outdoor painting.

Advantages

Gives a high glossy and protective finishing layer of paint, long lasting and non-fading. Available in a wide range of colours.

Composition

Mixture of alkyd resins, solvents, and dryers.

Technical Properties:

• Appearance:  Wide range of colours.
• Coverage: Depending on the surface of application.
• Dilution: Preferably with white spirit, 30% to 35% dilution.
• Application: Applied by brush or spray gun.
• Drying Time: 24 hours.

DE-LUXY Varnish

Clear alkyd paint used as a protective coat for wood surfaces.

Advantages

Gives a high glossy and protective layer in wood finishing application where the natural tones and grains in the wood are intended to be visible.

Composition

Mixture of alkyd resins, solvents, and dryers.

Technical Properties:

• Appearance:  Transparent liquid.
• Coverage: Depending on the surface of application.
• Dilution: Preferably with white spirit, 30% to 35% dilution.
• Application: Applied by brush or spray gun.
• Drying Time: 24 hours.

DE-LUXY Undercoat

Oil based enamel paint, used for a preparatory first base coat of paint

Gives a matt finishing, Ensures better adhesion of paint to the surface, increase paint durability, and provides additional protection for the material being coated.

Composition

Mixture of alkyd resins, solvents, and dryers, and special filling additives.

• Dilution: Preferably with white spirit, 30% to 35% dilution.
• Application: Applied by brush or spray gun.
• Drying Time: 24 hours.

DE-LUXY Thinner

A solvent, as turpentine, used to dilute the paint, varnish, and lacquer, to attend the viscosity needed for the paint application.

Advantages

Compatible with an oil base, Nitrocellulose paints, varnishes, and lacquers.

Composition

A mixture of different organic solvents.

Technical Properties:

• Appearance:  Transparent liquid.

DE-LUXY Putty Filler

Multipurpose filler, used to fill cracks and holes and repair uneven surfaces.

Advantages

Ready mixed, easy to apply, and easy to sand, used for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Composition

Extenders, fillers and additives mixed with a strong water-base binder that holds it all together.

Technical Properties:

• Appearance:  White.
• Coverage: Depending on the surface of application.
• Dilution: Ready to use. No dilution needed.
• Application: Applied metallic or plastic scrapers.
• Drying Time: 30 minutes. Apply second coat in 2 hours if needed.

DE-LUXY Wood Lacquer

Clear fast-drying nitrocellulose paint used as a protective hard coat for wood surfaces.

Composition

Mixture of Nitrocellulose, alkyd resins, solvents, and special additives.

Technical Properties:

• Appearance:  Transparent liquid.
• Coverage: Depending on the surface of application
• Dilution: Diluted with thinner, 30% to 35% dilution.
• Application: Applied by spray gun.
• Drying Time: less than 30 minutes. Apply second coat in 2 hours if needed.

DE-LUXY Sanding Sealer

Clear fast-drying nitrocellulose paint used to fill pores and wood grains in order to build a perfectly flat pore-free finish, prior to the application of wood lacquer.

Advantages

Easy to sand, and compatible with all clear finishes, including oil-based and polyurethanes, lacquers and varnishes. Suitable for all interior and exterior woodwork and furniture, cabinetry and hardwood floors.

Composition

A mixture of Nitrocellulose, alkyd resins, solvents, and special additives.

• Appearance: Translucent white liquid.
• Coverage: Depending on the surface of the application.
• Dilution: Diluted with thinner, 30% to 35% dilution.
• Application: Applied by spray gun.
• Drying Time: Less than 30 minutes. Ready to for sanding in 2 hours.

DE-LUXY White Glue

PVA base woodworking adhesive.

Advantages

Mainly used for high strength, permanent bonding on wood and a variety of other porous materials. Non staining, paintable and sandable. It is water-based, safe to use and non flammable.

Composition

Polyvinyl Acetate base binder.

Technical Properties:

• Appearance: Viscous white liquid.
• Coverage: Depending on the surface of application.
• Dilution: Ready mixed. No need to for dilution, but if necessary can be thinned with water.
• Application: Applied brush.
• Drying Time: 30 minutes.

DE-LUXY Skimming Plaster

A special type of putty used to skim walls in order to achieve a flawlessly smooth surface.

Advantages

Ready mixed, good adhesion, high flexibility, and excellent workability.

Composition

Extenders, fillers, and additives mixed with a strong acrylic binder that holds it all together.

Technical Properties:

• Appearance:  White.
• Coverage: Depending on the surface of application.
• Dilution: Ready to use. No dilution needed.
• Application: Applied with metallic or plastic scrapers. For better results apply multiple thin layers rather than one thick layer.
• Drying Time: 30 minutes. Apply second coat in 2 hours.
